Refund, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Gold Mamas, we stand behind the quality of our products. We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders and a Lifetime Warranty to ensure you love your purchase.

1. Lifetime Warranty & Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied. Our return policy is broken down into two categories:

Unused Items (Lifetime Warranty): If you decide the product isn't for you at any point, we will accept a return and issue a refund provided the item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

Used Items (30-Day Window): If the item has been used but you are unhappy with it, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

While we provide free shipping on all initial purchases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. * You are responsible for creating your own return label and paying all associated shipping fees.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please contact us at sayhi@goldmamas.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days from the time we receive your item for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sayhi@goldmamas.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

Personalized/Custom products (special orders or engravings).

Final Sale items and Gift Cards.
